Lots of really great features but definitely some things they need to work out too, starting with the error messages and the limitations that come from bringing on properties that you cohost. The personal booking site is also confusing and doesn’t actually provide a link unless you jump through several hoops to get it. It also isn’t prominent enough to bring anything anyway. There is seemingly no way to truly and easily reach support and they make that pretty known by just connecting you to a bot. I like it a lot, it’s made my life quite a bit easier, but it does have room for improvement

Our guests can book a room and receive a confirmation almost instantly. This feature has significantly improved our booking process. The unified inbox is brilliant. It brings together messages from different platforms into one place. It's made communication with guests much more efficient, and we never miss an inquiry. -The automated reviews feature encourages guests to leave feedback. While it's helped us gather more reviews, I wish there were more ways to customize the review requests.

Its interface is simple and beautiful, and its operation is simple and easy to use.
