At the store I get out of the car. I’m looking for my keys for like 20 minutes until I realize that I just drove to the store with no keys when I looked at where my AirTag was that means this app literally is a key. There is no better brand then Honda. I’ve been riding dirt bikes, my whole life, and I don’t love their dirt bikes, but their cars family has always in HONDA and they have always lasted about 300,000 miles an hour. Don’t listen to what anybody else says this should be a reason enough to buy a Honda. This is unbelievable. I mean just look at the other features look at the climate control look at the dual climate control look at the way you can set your boyfriend has been what are you to 74 while you set yourself to 89 doesn’t matter you can move a penguin and a polar bear in the same trip, it’s rare. I will write a review. It’s rare that will actually actually write but this is truly something unique in my word is my bond. This app is an enough reason to go buy a car. You’re gonna do it though go with the civic and interest rates go down and then have all the fun. I’ve never again never looking for your never needing them to unlock your car. Never needing them to start your car never needing your keys ever again. This is a game changer tesla car or the new Mustang ugly thing has absolutely no comparison to these new cars especially the hybrid. I get 400 miles before I even need to fill up. Most of my car runs off the battery alone and I hate cars and more of a truck guy, but this time you guys got me on this got me in their grip, so common sense if you don’t need a truck and I can guarantee you you know unless you’re all and stuff every single day right now HONDA just stay away from Rock Hill or unless you want your credit run 17 times
I love my 2024 CRV Sport Touring, but I don’t love this app. It’s very glitchy and unreliable. I’m currently subscribed to the free trial, which I was planning on renewing for at least another month so I can continue to use the remote start feature during the cold weather, but it’s not letting me renew. Even though paying with a Discover card is an option, it keeps telling me to “please choose different card” after I put my information in. Then I try to do it from the MyGarage website and it tells me my subscription info is “unavailable.” I’ve tried this multiple times over the last few days. So I guess they don’t want my business? Payment issues aside, I still have problems with this app. It often takes anywhere from 20 seconds to a minute for the remote options to show up on the screen, and when it does, it doesn’t always work the way it should when I attempt to start my vehicle. It’s 50/50 whether it will work on the first try. Also, sometimes it gives me an error saying it was unable to start the vehicle, but then some of those times I’ll go outside and the car actually IS running (but not all the time). My garage is not close enough for the remote start on the key fob to work from inside my home, so having the option to start the vehicle from the app is important to me. I guess I won’t be renewing after all. It doesn’t seem like it will be all that worth it during the warmer months anyway since I was really only using it for the remote start. Still, I hope they can fix all the problems with this app.
Unfortunately, this app doesn’t work. Every time you get in the car for some reason it opens even though none of the functions you can use while you’re in the car. When you open the app outside of the car the menu to any of the functions doesn’t show up. Keeps cycling. I have closed the application, rebooted my phone, and even reinstall the app and nothing seems to help. The menu loads maybe 10% of the time. Sometimes it even loads and then refreshes and reloads again. When I have gotten it to work, the success rate of starting the car is low. It makes no sense that they don’t show the trip that you previously had until you’ve done another trip of at least five minutes, so you really could be going days if you haven’t driven and not see the last trip. No reason you need to wait for a subsequent trip to see the last completed. Also, the ratings make no sense - it counts against you days that you might drive or time spent in the car which isn’t really in your control. It’s unfortunate as I’ve had other apps that do the same thing for other car brands and they work perfectly. It’s a good thing you get trial to see how bad this is. I’d give this no stars if I could. You would also think after about 125 horrible reviews in the last three months, most of them one or two stars, and only a few that were 3 stars or better, that developers would be a little bit more responsive. And the poor reviews go back much more than a few months.
