App works well however the only issue is having to verify frequently which is a bit of a pain. Inadvertently set off the alarm by not closing the rear door properly and Honda were in touch within minutes. Good to know

I don’t like the crazy messages I receive. It says dumb things like “abnormal” just because the car is unlocked in my garage.💁‍♂️ I don’t like having to verify my phone number all the time. And I don’t understand the driving score it gives me after each journey? Some clarity on this would be beneficial. But I being able to remotely start the car! Although when would that be useful? I’d like to know how to get the best use out of the app? Chris

It’s great have app connectivity to my Honda, but the functionality is a bit slow and clunky. Also some things aren’t clear, e.g. when starting the car, it prompts you to choose an AC temp if High, Mid or Low. Not clear if this relates to high speed cooling or hot temperature. Sometimes it takes quite a while to know if you’ve got a live connection to the car or if it’s an old reading that hasn’t refreshed. The detailed travel log is a handy feature. Trip fuel consumption would be nice to have. The location services are probably not necessary as I’d rather use my map app for that. More handy would be the ability to contact Honda direct via app messages, book service etc. Ultimately it would be great if the phone could be used as a smart key to open and start and drive the car.
