I just got this watch for Christmas and it is all linked up to my phone. The only thing is that I can’t see the screen because of how low the brightness is. the watch is %100 battery as well. please help to fix this problem I am very excited to use it.

Watch used to connect with app, started to use it on my Iphone X. Phone does not pivk up E4001_Le. App does not connect. Guess watch is going into the bin

The watch itself and the app are both ok. The really frustrating thing is that sometimes, about once every 2 days my steps just reset on their own. That’s on the app and the watch. Yesterday I had 12,000 steps, checked my watch/app and it said I had 200. Why does this happen? Makes the whole idea of having a step goal completely pointless.
