When ever you want to search for a product you cant find it, you have to search individually through the list. I ordered an item that was in stock and amount was deducted but didn’t receive a confirmation email for my purchase, i had to speak to them on the day of delivery asking wither my order was placed or no, and after one day they called saying the product isn’t available and i will get my refund after 7 working days. Basically they are placing items that arent available and after 7 working days of purchase they get you a refund because the product is not available from the begging.

The app needs to improve the viewing option for the products and add more options like sale or discounts or sorting/ filters for specific products. Example : In the electronics to shop via products or shop The service is excellent just hope the app can be better.

Delivery was on time ( I wasn’t expecting that) and this app works well ; it’s clear and simple and I can find a lot of things here that I can’t find on other apps.
