I'm updating my rating/review. The bug preventing the viewing of larger versions of photos has been fixed - I appreciate the response on that. Unfortunately, Apple's per-app accessibility settings don't work in this app. I know it's not required and there can be technical issues for the developers, but I hope they will make the effort to work on it. Many users with vision issues use two ways to see contents on a screen more easily: increasing text size or pinching out/in to zoom in/out. This app does not allow either within the filter settings or listing information. I was able to make the photos larger, but now I can't even access the photo galleries by tapping on the photo at the top of the listing anymore, which I think is a bug. App is updated, cache cleared, tried restarting app and iPad, and deleting/reinstalling the app. Nothing works and there doesn't seem to be any way to email support or feedback except within the app which doesn't recognize my default email client. So I'm doing it through a review. This would be a five star app for me without these problems.

This has all of the information available on other real estate apps. However, it lists information about the neighborhoods that the property is located in as well as giving it a numerical rating of a score as far as crime goes versus national average. As an example, neighborhood Lakeside – this is fictional – has a crime score of six out of 10 when the national average might be for. And also delineates the neighborhood on a map and will give you a history of the neighborhood along with highlights, such as schools and parks, etc. There is some MLS INFORMATION listed but if you want the whole listing, they include a link. There's also a link if you want more information about where crime statistics come from as they are broken down by type of crime. I used to use Redfin in Zillow, but this also gives you the opportunity to save favorite homes and setting up folders you would like them to go into. I haven't figured out yet how to set up commute the way that I can in Redfin or Zillow, but I'm trying

In a world where credentials are easy to claim, knowing there’s another level of accountability matters. It adds credibility and protects everyone involved. Bottom line it’s tailored well. Clean. Efficient. Thoughtful. Built for people who actually need to make decisions with confidence.
