Apartment Guide Home Rentals

This is a great place to call home. It is a safe community and kids play outside all the time! The entire staff is friendly, helpful, and always here for us should we need anything. The grounds are always well maintained and the maintenance staff will come within the next days when you need something. The front office staff always has a smile on their faces and our neighbors are kind. We hope to live here for years to come

I requested to see only Ranch houses in Park Forest I have a vocher I can only use in Park Forest. I am disabled can’t do stiars or elevators. $1,800 I pay utilities, just me and I have credit in sevens and great rental history. Will pay a months security in cash. Must except dogs and have a fenced yard and one car garage, central air. I will not pay extra for my pet, I am the best tenant anyone could have and we don’t damage anything. If anything I make it better. I don’t like nasty and I don’t do nasty. I just purchase a Townhome 3 years ago but I had a bad fall and spinal cord surgery has made be disabled. I am a retired senior and maybe if the owner knows something about who I am they would take a chance and trust that they are getting a very good tenant.

One of my biggest problems with this website/app is the in the settings I will put down as a filter that the apartment has to accept pets and then I get all these apartments that don’t accept pets. So even after setting the filter that I need the apartment to allow pets, I’m still getting shown or recommended apartments that don’t allow pets therefore wasting at least 10 minutes of my time going through this apartment looking up the address just to figure out on a separate website that they don’t even except pets!!!! Also why are apartments allowed to submit 3+ photos & in the photos they are random pictures that have nothing to do with the apartment or it’s two pictures of the outside of the apartment and that’s it. You never see the inside of the apartment or you never see what the apartment even looks like.
