I really enjoy this workout program. It’s set up as 24 session programs of circuit training. You can set your difficulty level and all workouts are doable anywhere. It also provides verbal instructions with each workout to help you adjust your form. I don’t like that you can’t mute the instructions. After you know what you’re doing, you should be able to just listen to music. However this isn’t the biggest deal. On the down side, for the cost of the program, they don’t do many updates or support. I’ve had an issue with days repeating for over a year. I reached out a year ago and was told this was a known issue and they are fixing it with the next update. I reached out again today and got the same response. It doesn’t seem like they take any issues or bugs seriously and it really is annoying to repeat workouts when it’s not it’s intended purpose. Other than this issue, there could be improvements made on the app itself. Workouts completed don’t sync if you skip a day and or if you move ahead a day. Email from support: The issue you describe is already forwarded to our team and they are working hard to fix it in the upcoming update this week. It may take a bit of time for us to fix this, and we'd really appreciate it if you could give us this time. Stay tuned and don't miss it!
This app and company are not worth it! I’m big on customer service and integrity, and I’m not sure if they hold either in high regard to their company name. I signed up for a free trial, and didn’t like the app, so I canceled on the second day. I did everything necessary. A couple days later, I was charged $90. I tried reaching out and sent SO MANY emails back and forth showing and telling them that I canceled in time and wasn’t using the app but all I got was “We don’t issue refunds” and then “We canceled your subscription”. I took the loss of the $90 because I didn’t have a screenshot or anything to show I had canceled and let it be. BUT THEN!!!! A month later, i’m charged another $89, AND IT’S THE SAME RODEO OF EMAILS, and “Cancelling Subscriptions” even though Eva on their team told me that they canceled my subscription the first time! This app is a scam and a waste of time! I had to call my bank and show them the proof of everything just to get money back. ALTERNATIVE RECOMMENDATION: I’ve been using the FitOn app and it’s SO much better, and it’s all FREE, with full programs, videos, and everything! It’s so good, I went ahead and paid the $20/yr for the Premium side of it JUST so I could link my FitBit to the workouts. I usually don’t rave about apps, especially under another app’s review, but this is a PHENOMENAL alternative if you’re looking for the things this app offers bc the scamming side of it isn’t worth it. I also don’t write reviews and here I am writing an entire essay. Hopefully this shows the extent of disdain this app can bring, especially when it comes to your money.
I tried it for the first time today. Good exercise. Even for starters it’s not hard and shows you how to do the exercises. I wish you had the option to repeat the same exercise/ workout multiple times if you wanted to for that day or go back and repeat previous workouts regardless of how advanced you may be. I think for beginners it makes for good practice especially if your not used to doing the exercises or have never done these types of exercises. Practice makes perfect. You don’t have a trainer do being able to go back and properly learn to do the exercises help. I’m good with it do far and look forward to the next 6 months of it.
