As a realtor, I can’t recommend the Home by ShowingTime app enough! This app has truly transformed the way I manage showings and communicate with my clients, making the entire process smoother and more efficient. One of the standout features of the app is its ability to keep my clients informed. They receive real-time notifications about their showings, whether they’re approved or cancelled. This level of communication not only keeps my clients updated but also fosters trust and confidence throughout the process. In summary, Home by ShowingTime is an invaluable tool for any realtor. It keeps my clients informed throughout the showing process and significantly improves communication. If you’re in the real estate business, I highly recommend having your clients download this app early into your search. It has truly made a positive impact on my interactions with clients!

We are currently selling our home. We have found the app to be unreliable for showing requests. We currently have it set up to give us a one hour notice for showings that we can either approve, deny, or reschedule. Initially, it was working fine. We opted to receive the requests via text and email. However, now it’s suddenly not working consistently. For example, a realtor requested a showing, but we didn’t receive a text about it until over an HOUR after it was put into the system rather than sending a text instantly like it was previously. This caused us to almost miss the showing and/or we would have lost our one hour timeframe to prepare and leave the home. Imagine how terrible and embarrassing it would have been for a buyer to show up on our doorstep while we were still home having no idea about the showing request. Awful! It was working fine for the week prior, so we don’t know what happened. Our settings didn’t change, our internet/phone service was fine, and our realtor has no idea why that happened either. The other problem is that the showing feedback doesn’t work either. Our realtor has to forward the emails to us instead of the feedback showing on the app. Frustrations from both the realtor and client on this one and wish we didn’t have to use it.

Your 5 star reviewer said that the app will sync with your calendar. I couldn’t get it to do that, no one at my agents office could get it to do that, and when I contacted the customer support, I got a message from Google that the website was unsafe. Google would not let me connect with your website. I use another browser and that browser said the website was unavailable. Also, this app is so limited and could easily be so much better. Instead of allowing the scheduling agent to text back-and-forth with the homeowner, the homeowner must either accept or decline the appointment. The homeowner can then suggest alternate times, but there is no way to easily suggest several available times or to negotiate back-and-forth on a time without first having to accept or decline one suggestion and then go through the process again for another possible time. The app also does not provide any feedback for the seller on whether the appointmentt appeared and what their comments were or anything. Why not? Why doesn’t the buyers agent put comments for the seller? Please don’t say that the buyers agent is supposed to contact the seller‘s agent and then the seller‘s agent is supposed to contact the seller with any comments. That is a huge waste of time. Why even have an app that is supposed to save time if it really doesn’t save time? Since you have the five star review that says that it syncs with your personal calendar, please show me where those instructions are. I have both Google calendars and iPhone calendar.
