When it works, great. But that’s depends on a lot of factors like internet connections, Holiday’s network, maybe their terminal is not working, etc. So guess what happens if you wait in line, and there’s cars behind you so you can’t back out? Yep! Good times… Edit - Don’t know whats going on with their App, but for the last month or so, the app has a 50% chance to fail and not work so you’re either stuck in line or back up and walk into the store. Seriously, should bring back window stickers, they were more reliable…

Overall love the convenience. You can just buy the wash tickets when they’re on sale every quarter and save a lot of money even versus the subscription. But it’s nice not having to go in the store. The one negative that takes away The perfectness is that if for some reason You activate the car wash and it doesn’t actually activate there’s nothing you can do. You’re stuck you essentially have to come back 20 minutes later and try again.
