Pop ups- I don’t like it, but fine, necessary evil maybe. But pop up ads that you are not allowed to dismiss?!? With a count down, forcing u to stare at the ad- come on! I already looked- n I am not interested, this is plain hustling/ harassment. It’s really disrespectful & distasteful. They esp want to “punish” you with ads of u leave the app mid way during browsing and come back. Hey sometimes people need to check grocery list and messages while shopping. Ridiculous

If you live in Hong Kong this is life changing. Anything and everything at great value! Also the algorithms they have in place for add on when you checkout and suggested when you first log in are fantastic and appreciated. Well done hktvmall! 👏👏

I’ve ordered two products. It’s been 10 dats the delivery time here really takes time so plan on getting your deliveries 5 days or more. In a city like HK that’s absurd. Trying to track your product where it is process is also way way behind. Customer service a bit hidden and a hassle. The app is not smart enough to know your order to automatically talk with customer service. You have to write it down from one screen to talk to a chat bot on another screen. Very Mafan. Hong Kong is much faster than this platform. App expectations are much more advanced than this app offers.
