You still need to keep the app open to download from cam to phone and upload from phone to cloud. If this could happen without me having to start it everyday that would be perfect!

I am beyond frustrated! Apart from having to wait two days for an email response from customer service every time I have a question ,the tracking information that they gave me shows that the item has not even left the factory! I have been handed off to several different customer service reps with one even showing with a screenshot that my order was on a two day delivery. I don’t understand why I have to wait 1 to 2 days after each question I have for a simple response? I have resorted to finally writing a negative review in hopes that someone will finally reach out to me and take care of the situation. Extremely disappointing with the whole process and lack of empathy from the company representatives!

The app is extremely easy to use. It has a very passive business model that we can all participate in. I would consider being a fleet manager. If I have any questions or doubts regarding bugs, I can write to them through Discord and I always receive an answer. If not, I can contact them by mail, and they are always helpful for the community. They are doing an excellent job!
