I’ve been actively using the app for a few months now and there are plenty of things that need to be fixed and changed. The app itself needs a major improvement, very choppy and not smooth. The point system needs to be reevaluated but to be fair, it’s a very new project. Get rid of the Gems and keep it to the native token for earnings. If the gems rewards stays, it should be used to purchase some kind of boosters/multipliers for drivers to use to earn more.

DO NOT GET if you are one of the 100 MILLION PLUS people living within the central time zone in the United States. You will find during 8 a.m. and 9 a.m. when you are driving to work central time they will make their updates. The application automatically shuts off to update and unless you want to try and restart it ( in my case) in very heavy traffic then you are just screwed. The way they work the point system it’ll drastically knock you out of any position you might f earned, especially if you’re in the top 200, which can and will decrease your earnings by over 75 percent. I have also heard they give a bonus for completing all tasks every. Month and not missing any days. I wouldn’t know because the only days I miss are the ones where they update while I’m using to commute to work. By the time I’m out of work those tasks are expired and new ones are uploaded. Again this app discrimates against the over 100 million plus people living within the central time zone of the United States. Do not use or you will be given an unfair advantage and set up to fail against others

Phone overheat when using the app. Sometimes it will just disconnect while driving and you need to log in again which is not practicable when you are driving. Also need to press save every time before stopping the drive app and it takes forever. After saving and stopping the app, when it’s time to tap on the loot box, it keeps looping and you need to log off and log in again. And whenever you are able to open the loot box, it said better luck next time. We need more rewards. Before we were getting more points but now it feels something worse than Hivemap. Don’t feel it’s worth getting my phone overheated for peanuts rewards.
