There is an issue with the app which is the delay of sending and receiving messages, the app does not send notifications as well one someone text back or replay , so please fix the issue ASAP, maybe it requires an update

I had a very bad experience with this app.! Every time I try to enter my Card info. to pay the shipping fees and press pay it gives me a message of “unvalid url”. It’s really annoying! I couldn’t neither complete the deal nor msg the traveller! And what made it even worse is that no one in the customer service department replied to my calls, msgs and e-mails to solve this issue! P.S I tried 3 other different cards and it gave me the same msg which means that it’s an app. bug not my card!

The idea behind this application seems beneficial for everyone’s interest, but actually it’s NOT, some of the travelers claim that they paid extra money in the customs in order to get more money from the users! The app management does not do anything for you in protection and rights, not to mention they unresponsiveness on emails and they do not have phone numbers or any other contacts! So you will end up waiting looooong time to resolve your problem OR you will have to pay the claimed extra money (sometimes without documentation) in order to get your stuff that you have already purchased! RUN AWAY BEOFRE YOI GET SCAMMED!
