I sent email they told me send the card & ticket PDF i did but they didn’t add the missing miles the big problem when I went to Egypt office in airport She told me we have this problem with a lot of customers as well . I can’t Open the App to check my miles and they don’t have any solution I supposed to add another trip to Vietnam I’m gold since long time but my card still silver I think I have to change it to another airline member wasting my time. I’m really sorry because I was very loyal to Egypt. But they are not loyal to their customers.

We have a flight this month with this carrier. The app doesn’t load. For days I’ve been getting a message that says, “something went wrong please try again later”. I’ve tried deleting the app and reinstalling it. Restarting my phone. I have an iPhone 14! None of those methods work. We’ll try to use the website to check in and will definitely be printing our boarding passes. To other buyers, don’t think you have an app to use. I would never rely on this app.

I agree with the other review posted about credentials. I find it baffling that I have to enter my account number every time I use the app. Who remembers their account number?! It's not even a user name or email that would be easy to remember! Many apps have already moved to enabling face id, making it simple to log in. Fine if you force us to type a PIN every time, but an account number? Please prioritize and fix asap!
