Please don't reply to my review trying to defend this crummy app, which is basically theft on wheels. I caught you guys red-handed trying to steal money directly out of my bank account. I had to change my user ID because somebody kept on trying to change my email address, phone number, etc. They pretended they were connected to Apple support after installing the app. They immediately wanted to look at my bank app and my Venmo app. They tried to instigate a fake crypto Transfer. Immediately deleted, and I had to change my banking password and my Venmo password. I mean, really, absolutely do not respond to my review. This is simply a warning for people do not install this app these pos-es got directly into my bank account and instigated an email change and a user ID change. I had to login as quickly as I could to block it, fortunately, my bank detected the activity and locked out the user, but I ended the session and deleted the app as quickly as I could. While they were working on my bank account, somebody else was trying to get into my Venmo, but they weren’t able to get into that either.
Do not use. Portrayed themselves to be Peacock customer service and I am not tech savvy at all as I am an elderly handicap woman who has no one and they scammed me out of 998 of my disability check. I won't be able to pay any bills but any food nor my medications and I also am battling cancer hence the oxygen. Embarrassed because I couldn't fix my double billing after trying to reach out to peacock via ai (which is the mark off the beast) if you ask me. Where's are government. It should be against the law to have an online business that does not have a phone number on their app to call and speak to a human. Leaves us old folks wide open. But they are too worried about making themselves richer. And fighting bs rather than doing their job and protecting us. Wake up America! This ai y'all love is going to take over and there will be no jobs and food will be taken from your families mouths. I hope you people get all you deserve when you stand before our lord and savior on judgment day. You have got to be a sorry sob to take from the elderly. We the ppl are allowing it. Great government we've got. Our constitution is being rewritten and no one is seeing it.
This app is only used by scammers and I was a victim of it. Before I downloaded the app I unfortunately did not get a chance to read the first review about that person’s experience. I recently had a scamming issue with my social media platform, Facebook, and try to call Facebook customer service, I got the Facebook customer service number on the Internet, which turned out to be a fake number and I didn’t know at the time. The fake customer service rep had me to download this app. And say that they’re going to help me but only try to get into all my other apps. They came up with the story that a scammer activated my social media account and try to request a $12,000 transaction. The fake scammers, then walk me through the process of trying to go through my other financial apps to make sure that the Facebook scammers didn’t have access to that transaction which put up several red flags. I ended up hanging up on the call and came back to this review and install the first review. I didn’t notify my bank and Apple and they ensure their security and all is fine, but do not download this app. It’s a part of a scammers scheme to steal your information.
