Headshot Pro AI: Perfect Photo

You can pay one time fee of 5$ for 12 pictures. I only received 9 of the 12 pictures. It gives you an option to select different styles, don’t do it. I opened it up to see what it was like and then the app charged me twice for a one time order. It did not even ask me if I wanted another order it just charged it. So beware of that. The pictures still look like me for the most part, with exception of the library background ones. Regular/basic background photos are good. They showed me a fee sample which was good but I was not able to keep or download that one. I emailed them to let them know, no reply yet.

Initially, with my first two packs, I was very VERY pleased. Not all images were usable and since there were some that I liked the aesthetic but not the image for various reasons, I decided to buy again hoping that aesthetic I liked would be an image that could pass as me. So I purchased the third pack at $70 but sadly that was not the case. It gave me short hair in most images and I have almost waist length hair. Im known for my long hair so the short hair would be shocking to my family and clients. I did contact the company via email requesting a credit to start over and see if it would work the second time or a full refund. I spoke with Sarah who checked with the tech team and they claimed my hair was pulled back in to many pictures and it confused the ai. It was never up but tucked behind my ear or my shoulders occasionally. They offered credits so I could go through a few and correct the hair but I had already tried that and felt it was just too far off due to the original ai images created being to different. It’s also time consuming and I just don’t have the time. So I declined that option. They then told me I could repurchase and add better photos but I also declined spending even more money on something that now felt to be a risk. If you use this company, I’d suggest making sure the photos are very specific showing all features and for women, don’t use photos with hair back or up. That’s what I learned today for $70. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I paid $5.99 to get 12 photos. Half the photos looked like I have a tumor growing out of my cheek the size of a baseball. A few photos made me pale, like I was nauseous. I may have been given 2 that I like, but in all of my photos my hair is short like a bob when I uploaded photos with long hair below my shoulders. I don’t hate it, I just don’t have short hair. I also was displayed an announcement that a new feature was released that I could edit the photos if I didn’t like them, so I clicked on that banner… then I was served a payment request for an additional $4.99. After I had to pay just to see if I would even trust the AI to generate photos worth paying for. I have to pay $4.99 to tell this app to try again because I don’t have short hair and 10 of 12 photos are not usable. I received 3 credits to enhance photos because I left a review. I tried using those credits just now to try again, but was delivered the same photos. So, those credits were useless. The only reason I gave this app 1 star was because there were 1 or 2 photos that were actually decent - albeit with the wrong hair cut. 3 of the photos even made me a doctor! Not one of the photos I uploaded were in a medical scene. I don’t know why I received 3 photos making me out to be a doctor.
