Shopping at Hayes is like having a personal shopper. I can do my grocery shopping at the office, in the car, are the comfort of my own home and know that I’m going to get exactly what I ordered or I will receive a call to discuss options. The staff in the online department are amazing. Always courteous and always respectful. I can’t imagine life without online shopping Connie Ash

The app is way too slow. Takes forever to clip coupons. App definitely needs work. When you’re in the categories section and scrolling down, you shouldn’t have to scroll ALL THE WAY back to the top to find the search bar. Search bar needs to be available the whole time or once you start scrolling back up. Sometimes you find good deals at Hays. Hays prices are very high sometimes though, especially on laundry items! They pick and choose which scents they put on sale and not on sale as well. I don’t like that.

When you create an account without a store card physically in hand you’re gonna have issues. I have gone to the store and their system shrouds the number so they don’t know it. When you click on app support in App Store it takes you to an inactive web page. The manager at the store was very kind and has taken my number down for when another lady comes in that is more familiar... but I have a feeling I’ll be having to get a new physical card and then transfer my rewards points. Might I suggest a way to search and link rewards/store card on you app like Ulta has. Thanks!
