I had a frustrating experience with Gym + Coffee reward system. At checkout, I had accumulated 150 points and decided to redeem 100 points for €10 off my order. However, I didn’t complete the purchase at that time and later noticed that’s 100 points had been deducted from my account even though the order wasn’t processed. It’s disappointing that the system removes the points immediately upon selection, regardless of whether the purchase has been finalised. I have reached out to customer service about the issue, but have yet to get a reply.

Quite happy with the app, easy to use, just ordered a fleece with no trouble, cannot wait to get it!

Be very careful of this company! Bought something and it was wrong item (I wanted a different pants) brought it into the shop and asked for a refund to be told they don’t do refunds!! I can ONLY have credit for something else in the shop!! And they didn’t have the other pants I wanted so I could do anything. Robbed of 70 euro because of a simple mistake. Absolutely disgusting behaviour, never buying from the again. They don’t do refunds, ripping people off. Be very careful with this company, they couldn’t care less about their customers just making money! Totally against everything they say. They are full of it!!
