I absolutely love this app! It allows you to choose workouts for both home and the gym, and you can adjust the intensity level to suit your needs. I work out at the gym and have already switched between three different ones — every time, I found the equipment shown in the app’s exercises. I especially appreciate the ability to swap exercises if they don’t fit or if the machines are occupied. It’s super convenient and practical for workouts!
