This app is soooo bad. We installed this system by mistake. The worst mistake we ever made. This app never connects. In the last two years, we had so many issues unlocking the door. Sometimes you have to try atleast 20 times by reopening the phone to unlock it. Better fix your app if you want peopel to use the system. I waited two years to write this review thinking that it would improve one day.
The app works fine on android phones but doesn’t work on iPhones. Please resolve this issue.
The app is too busy and not too intuitive if assigning user profiles at a residential building. It really needs the ability, under Operator accounts, to disable the visibility of door groups that the assigned login doesn’t have access to open. Otherwise they are far too many features and doors to sort through before they get to their enabled, limited access features
