This is the worst application I’ve ever used. How can a medical-device app afford not to be updated at least every 2–3 months? If I buy a new phone, the application won’t run because they don’t want to update it for the latest software. This is truly unacceptable. They literally expect you and ask you to turn off automatic software updates on your mobile, because the app might break and become unusable. Every time I open the app, it crashes, relaunches itself, and then “updates” for minutes. It is almost impossible to use. If you’re reading this and experiencing the same issues, please submit a report and file a complaint, because this is ridiculous.

I am sick and tired of this app, which i’ve been using for almost two years now. One would expect this to tell you if your blood sugar is going up or down… but since the app keeps crashing without warning, you have NO WAY OF KNOWING WHAT YOUR BLOOD SUGAR IS. This is a problem especially when driving or sleeping. Choose another device, Medtronic does not take the comments here seriously. [EDIT] After a year of medtronic not dong anything about this issue I discovered that the app crashes if your phone memory is almost full. It is horrible that there is no communication regarding this. If your app keeps crashing try to free up as much space as possible.

Amongst many other shortcomingd, bugs, missed features: It keeps resetting the alert settings without any reason at all on random times without warning. There is no excuse for that, other than incompetence. Afaik this is the only app to use some very pricey sensors with. Also, how should I believe a pump system of yours is stable, when you can't fix this simple app? - Hire two guys freshly fired from a tech giant and just get it done please! - start selling a pro version of you lack the resources to solve these basic problems. (Anyone who pays for the sensors, would be willing to pay a bit more to make it actually useable) - or open up the api, and let someone else create a better alternative
