Pelayanan Agak Turun Akhir-Akhir Ini
Karna fitur di aplikasinya kurang lengkap, jadi kita harus nanya by email untuk info dan instruksi suatu event. Seperti penebusan saham right issue dan instruksi konversi OWK PACK. Ketika ditanya by email, lamban banget balasannya. Untungnya tahu dari sekuritas lain kalo gak, pasti udah ketinggalan dan berpotensi rugi besar. Karna telat infonya, kita jadi telat ngurus ini itu. Contoh lain: saya nanya tentang hasil tebus saham right issue INET yang gak muncul di porto sudah 2 hari. Dan sampai detik ini dan sampai review ini saya buat gak dibalas emailnya. Mungkin karna dikit lotnya. Udah jalan hampir 2 tahun di sekuritas ini, baru kali ini saya sekecewa ini. Semoga bisa diperbaiki. Kalaupun kekurangan staf untuk balas email, mestinya di aplikasi diumumkan aja agar investor juga bisa mandiri.
