When I tried to order from the app at my favorite local Greens and Protein location I noticed a big pricing difference within the app compared to the physical location. At the physical location I always order the Cajun Angus Wrap with no cheese, jicama fries and spinach wrap. It cost $12.99 for the wrap, $0 for jicama sticks, $0 for the spinach wrap, $0 for no cheese, $1.09 for taxes and $.56 for using Apple Pay (credit card) for a total price of $14.64 On the app ordering the exact same items (actually you don’t get an option to add jicama fries) is more expensive. The Cajun Angus Wrap cost $16.89, $0 for no cheese, no option for jicama fries, $1.00 for spinach wrap and $1.50 for taxes. This total price through the app is $19.39 which is crazy! Why does the app cost more than ordering in person? I understand some apps like UberEats, Yelp, GrubHub, Postmates, etc cost more because everything is going through a third-party but this is the Greens and Protein app? Please correct this issue immediately because I would love to order through the app but paying more for less makes no sense. I don’t see this issue with apps like Starbucks for example…
