Anytime I order on the app, I choose the largest size with customizations. Every time I pick up my order it’s the smallest size with 1 customization of even that. I order on the app to save time on my lunch and this basically defeats the whole purpose if I have to wait for my drink to be remade. You’re wasting time and resources.
I got as far as signing up and ordering but the moment that you ask me to enter my credit card information without an auto fill option, I’m out. Add auto fill to enter a new credit card information or even better Apple Pay and I’ll be happy to use your app, but I’m not taking 10 minutes out of my day to dig out my credit card
I like this app, I’m on the road around the city a lot - I can order ahead to the location I choose and just keep going on about my day. Keeps my favorites handy, works well every time, and saves me that few extra minutes. I appreciate it Mothership, thanks!
