I have always appreciated the quality of GL. I’m not sure why they have now “upgraded” the app but it doesn’t work and always having to call in for minor things that should be available to us thru the app is easier. Please hurry to work out these kinks as it is not a good look for such a reputable brand.

The action button for logging in is not visible. Had to just tap around on the screen where I thought it might be. By pure luck did I tap the right spot and now I’m logged back in. Seems like a simple fix but I have been trying for weeks. Hopefully it will be resolved soon.

I’ve exhausted all possibilities to login and nothing works. The App help request link is a dead end also. 👎🏼
