GrabMaid – Book Your Cleaner

Dont waste your time and money for their service. Booked 2pm for 2 maid 4 hours, reached at 1230pm, came 2 person and they ended ard 330. They keep using their phone, do audio texting or call all the time. Due to there is 2 person, they must stick to each other and not able to separate to get work done. No professional skill nor attitude.

I have paid for deep cleaning from this app and paid rm 310 for 6 hours, the maid did a general cleaning one, and suddenly want to go back already after 3 hours, i said i book for 6 hours, then only the maid knew it. So many misinformation from management and not only i paid for deep/ spring cleaning but i got like basic cleaning, it's not worth 310 ringgit at all, i didnt blame to maid as they didn't know it is deep cleaning and they only got paid 60 ringgit per person. LOL I PAID 310 and u paid ur maid rm60? 10 ringgit per hour? LOL. I MESSAGE THE MANAGEMENT AND ASKED FOR AT LEAST SOME REFUND AS THIS IS NOT DEEP CLEANING AT ALL, I HAVE SHOWN PROOFS BUT NO RESPONSE AT ALL, TRUST ME DON'T BOOK THIS APP AT ALL, I PRAY YOUR COMPANY WILL SHUT DOWN ONE DAY. NOW I HAVE TO BOOK FOR ANOTHER MAID FOR CLEANING MY HOUSE. I LOST MY 310 ringgit, I HAVE BOOKED SO MANY MAID FROM OTHER APP AND THEIR TOTAL IS ALMOST THE SAME WITB GRABMAID BUT THEY HAVE DONE A VERY PROFESSIONAL JOB!! GRAB MAID IS LIKE THE WORST EVER. PLEASE DONT BOOK FROM HERE, READ REVIEW FIRST, don't ignore this. YOU WILL BE REGRET LIKE ME.

I made the mistake of signing up for a 3-month package and regretted it deeply. The first maid they sent me threw away our personal items without asking and broke our shower rail. The second maid lied about cleaning certain areas and gave very bad attitude. The third maid broke my mosquito door flap — and this after I’ve repeatedly told her to ask if she has questions; well obviously she didn’t pay attention because she didn’t know how to open the door and didn’t bother asking. Three bad maids in a row — never again!
