goWatch for GoPro®

I was looking for a way to be able to start my videos without having to touch the camera and it works brilliantly like it’s supposed to do. you can start and stop the rec you can switch modes of the camera you can use a “find my” function if you lose your camera I like it!

I ordered the app on my iPhone 12, then downloaded and started the app on watch. Paired to my gopro12 with no issues in just a minute or two. I did see an odd list of ??? During the pairing. Once paired it seems to work well. It appears to use the settings from the previous recording which is fine. You can also switch modes and highlight along with power on and off. Everything seems to work. But have not tried it in the field yet. So far satisfied.

I was stupid. I got the other app by this developer — “Camera Remote for Go Pro”, which works fine on the phone, with Live Preview and all but no Apple Watch support. So I bought this one, thinking it’d be like the other one but *with* Apple Watch functionalities. However, this app is just a simple remote controller with no Live Preview, which is what I actually need. Oh well, my fault for not reading carefully before paying.
