Can't use the app without updating to the newest version, but the most recent version doesn't support my phone's system (Android 13). Now I'm locked out of my gov.br account because this device was the one I used to generate my MFA access code.

They made it impossible for me to log into the app. Before, I didn't even remember the need for a selfie, but now I had to send dozens of them, but none of them were accepted, which ended up leaving me helpless.

I am Brasilian whom currently live in USA. This site does not give an option to add a phone format different than of Brasil’s. So I had to use my mom’s cell phone to be able to create an account. Secondly, the fácil recognition is impossible to create. I spent 45mins trying and have yet to create it.

The app kept kicking me out. I u installed and reinstalled and still was unable to set up Face ID
