been using this for 2 years and they were good. now their service is terrible. Have issue with rental bike as battery couldn’t hold charge anymore. Reported to them but a week later still same issue. Contacted support and they told me the same old thing. This is the 2nd time i had to end the bike away from home and take public back. They only compensated the remaining hours. Prev rider also always don’t fill up the tank full. It says they are penalised and i get credited but it isn’t enuf as the fuel gauge isn’t accurate and it is also a hassle for me to pump for another time for the day.

Not perfect,Can be improved. Should add a 30min extension for people who last minute top up petrol etc if there is no one booking next. Probably a grace period of 5mins after booking ends. Customer support doesn’t respond sometimes in the morning if there is a problem with the bike. All else is fine.

I would say, this is easy to use App and they are alway improving the features & etc. As a active App user, I would like to encourage them more rather than putting them down with just a few hiccups here and there. Go for it gotakebike!
