Petron Value Card

I have been trying to redeem my earned points, but the redemption page consistently fails to load. Despite several attempts on different days, the issue persists, making it impossible to use the points I have accumulated. This has been a very frustrating experience since the main purpose of collecting Petron points is to redeem them for rewards. I kindly request your team to check and resolve this issue at the soonest possible time. Also, I read from the previous comments that I have same issues as them yet the developers seem not to care fixing the issue.

I’m writing to report an issue with the Petron mobile app. For the past few days, I’ve been unable to view or redeem my points. The rewards section takes a very long time to load, and often doesn’t show anything at all—it either freezes or fails to load completely. I’ve tried using different networks and restarting the app, but the problem persists. This has made it frustrating to enjoy the benefits of the loyalty program, which is one of the main reasons I use the app. I hope your team can look into this soon and release an update or fix to improve the app’s performance.

I will temporarily rate as 4 stars the application is friendly but it has too many bugs, so let’s break down list. 1. The Face ID authentication login is sometimes its error. 2. When I press the Petron Card it will lead to a black screen and I don’t know why. 3. Some of navigation are same thing as number 2, it will lead to black screen and unable for access, lastly the app is old and no updates available, when the apps is no updates it will lead to security patches like, the information will compromised and sell it at the dark web. So it’s important to update your app and the security system so your subscribers in petron (Us) will be safe.
