Why did the app just get rid of the calendar for the week when scheduling. Now I have to scroll through all of the shifts for the week and hope I don’t click on the wrong date to pick up. It was clear before when I had to select the date to see if a shift was open and then it would have only those date and shifts to be able to scroll through for that date. Now it shows everything from today and however long you want it to load. And then it can get confusing if you want to see shifts for the week after too! Please bring back the calendar when looking to book! This version is giving me stress!

For the past week I get “no jobs found” and it’s inconvenient because I can’t call to get my shifts in all time. I’m required to use the app. Please fix it.

The app has a glitch in it, I’ve tried the last two weeks to make my schedule and when I input my references it said no jobs found but when I call into staffing they could see openings for the days I wanted, they canceled all of my shifts for this week and next week because I called in to have staffing make my schedule which I explained why I was calling them to make it for me, I also spoke to IT which they confirmed the glitch within the app, I could see a need for staff at one of the other hospitals they couldn’t see on their end
