You can preview the moves, poses, etc before you begin the workout you pick, super helpful. Then you can go to a library for details on each move if you want to practice then first. There are short workout circuits, long ones, whatever you want. Great for me! It's so easy to create you own perfect workout regardless if you are young or older, or have limitations of movement. You can even change up the music, they offer you several choices of music styles. Grab some Bluetooth headphones or earbuds and this will be your physical trainer, in your own home. I really love this app, it's easy to use and straightforward. This is my first time using a workout app. Happy with my purchase!!!
Really like the convenience of this app and have found many trainers and workouts I enjoy! I’ve signed up for a year and can definitely see myself using it the whole year. The only issue that might make me cancel and switch to another similar app is the interface / organization. Simple things you cannot do: Click on a Trainer’s profile directly from a workout page to see their other workouts; organize the list of a Trainer’s workouts by difficulty/type/or equipment; filter in any of the workout menus by equipment available (a huge negative for those that workout at home). If issues like the above can be fixed so that I don’t have to spend 1/2 my workout time fishing for a new workout that I can do based on what I have available, want to do, and trainers I like, I’ll definitely stick with this app. But if the interface stays the same I’ll probably switch.
I just recently, had my first child. Thankful for a easy and fast postpartum, 15 weeks after deliver I was ready to get back into the gym and and start working out. Surprisingly enough, where are live they do not watch infants only toddlers so going to the gym was out of the question. Needless to say this app is beyond a blessing to have. I am able to get a challenging and satisfying work out in the comfort of my own home. I able to work out while my daughter is sleeping or awake in the swing. I highly recommend this app to all moms who just had a baby and is ready to start working out. Also, the trainers are fabulous and motivational. It's like they are right there in front of you. Great app to have and I look forward to more programs.
