I have used the app, first time I have to recharge my EV car first time it was unsuccessful. The amount was blocked next, I contacted customer support. They said you have to follow the steps then you can charge your vehicle after listening to them. I thought I’ll try once again. So I have tried it second time, but second time, also, it shows amount is blocked after calling the customer care again. They said the amount will be returned to the same bank account within 7 working days I have called again to the customer support after listening to my explanation, the Call auto disconnected I have tried 15 times. Calling them from different mobile numbers after listening to my explanations. Same process is being repeated, so be careful don’t install this app or don’t recharge it. It’s a SPAM App.
I was charging my EV for the first time on the GLIDA charger. I have added money to their wallet before starting the charger. I was expecting it to deduct the money from wallet however to my surprise app asked me to make additional payment for this charging session.
Careful when you are using it, I was wrongly charged 800+ rupees when I only recharged for ₹250. In fact, these guys did not even know that has happened. I reached out to them with an email informing them that the charger continued to charge the car even after 250, and then they’re slapping me with fines and asking me to pay the full amount. Very unfair. Their charger had some kind of technical issue, and that is why it overcharged, and then they are slapping me with fines and asking me to be paying the whole amount. Be very careful. Worst part is that the charger was not coming out of the car we had to manually unlock the charging port because their charger completely hung.
