Bijlify EV Charging

There is a constant notification badge saying 1 notifications but unfortunately I have no place to find one on the app. Also no button for FAQs, no live support and extremely poorly connected app. The infrastructure also needs to improve as modern days new chargers have at least 4 to 5 charging ports on a single charger, whereas the current one has just one port and considering a society consist of more than 200 evs it makes the charger always crowded. There is even no system to reserve the spot for the charger. The app is a complete disaster and needs to be updated at various levels.

I was charging my vehicle and it suddenly stopped exactly at 80% but bijlify was showing charging in app not at station. My wallet was showing 8 rs remaining. Now when i tried stopping it from app it was not working. I tried multiple times, for next 3 days it showed same status as charging. Later on when i unplugged it the socket was showing error as i wanted to restart charging. There is no helpline for immediate help!

Worst app I’ve ever used for charging my vehicle. Once for charging my vehicle i loaded the wallet with 100 rupees, after charging l my vehicle for 20 mins, around 10 rupees were deducted. Later when i checked my in app wallet they have deducted whole amount from it. I tried contacting their support team and also i’ve send mails but none of them responded. Also the app has alot of glitches/bugs i had really bad experience, they were not displaying vehicle charging history and there are few syncing issues with their charging stations. I hope they fix it asap.
