Ryan is the man!

I love the full gym 3.0 program and this app is awesome. Love everything about it. Only thing I would change is that sometimes the videos shut off my music playing at the gym. But the videos are awesome. I’ve sent this program and app to all of my buddies that are just getting into lifting because the reps sets and tutorials on how to lift. I’ve been working out since I was 12 and I’ve done multiple different workout plans football workouts where you rep and slightly increase weekly to the 12, 10, 8 going up 10 pounds each set like the Arnold method to the every rep and set to burnout/ failure and then to Ryan’s program with low rep high weight one week high rep lower weight the next week shocking the muscle and Ryan’s way has made me stronger then I’ve ever been. I recommend this to everyone but if you could fix the music cutting off that would be great

Functional with room for improvement

Been using the app for Ryan’s push/pull/legs workout and it’s functional but not a whole lot better than a notebook. A few specific updates that would help: - the rest timer is absurdly quiet, can hardly hear it over music - it’s also lame; I want Ryan yelling at me that times up and I need to stop being a pitch - if you move forward in the working after a set to prepare for the next exercise, the timer stops - no decimal increments for weight and no option for KGs for us international fans - my workouts don’t auto-populate the weight I used last time, which I can do on paper - the overall functionality is clunky to deal with during an intense workout. Last thing I want to be doing while I’m trying not to vom is tinkering around with the silly buttons - doesn’t integrate with anything so not much point in keeping in the app and having to transfer elsewhere All they said, the workout is a beast. Wouldn’t be nice to have more meat on this app to do it.

Like the app, but still has a ways to go

I really love the workouts. I’ve purchased every one of his plans, and have rotated them almost exclusively for almost 3 years now. And I’ve never seen better results. With that being said, there’s some nice things with the app, but it still has a ways to go to be worth the $20/month in my opinion. His plans are $20 each, and you own them forever. Now I’m paying a subscription for something that still has some kinks to workout. I’m willing to pay it for a little while, but only to support someone I appreciate, not because of the usability. The Good: -easy to use -workouts loaded without any input on my end -Demo videos for each exercise are nice in case you want a form check is nice The Lacking: -As an Apple user, it doesn’t sync w/ anything…the fitness app, Apple Watch, etc -Apple Watch is a big deal to me. I love running my entire workout on my watch, rather than having to carry my phone around exercise to exercise. Would be perfect if they could sync to watch similar to Gymaholic app -Not a lot of tracking data Anyways, overall, definitely not terrible. But he’s asking for $20/month and there are a thousand free or less expensive options out there offering more right now. Hopefully this is just the early stages and this gets better
