The bill payment via DBS/posb enets have failed to work for the longest time, since year 2024 and nothing is being done to it. When I key in my internet banking password and user id, the app opens a mini browser and logs me into my bank account, doing nothing. This is a major cybersecurity breach as the app can have full viability into my account. I will report to the authorities if nothing is done on this.

I have been using the app and there was no issues. Recently after I login, I can’t see my account details, payment methods etc. It just doesn’t show on the app. I have deleted and reinstalled but still the same. Is there a problem with the app? Worst still, the only way to access my details is via the app. Please can something be done

To get my bill I need to put my Geneco Password (Geneco Account #) from within the app. 1) I am already logged in 2) why introduce another password 3) how should I remember my Geneco account number 4) the app indicates that the password is the a/c number (not sure what then is the point of a password). I think the team has not thought through this well. Poor user experience. And illogical and unnecessary security measures.
