I had a very disappointing experience with this online bus booking app. After canceling my booking, I tried reaching out to customer support multiple times regarding my refund, but there was absolutely no response. There was no help, no acknowledgment, and not even a single revert from the support team. It’s extremely frustrating when a platform takes your money but fails to provide even basic customer service when issues arise. A reliable support system is essential for any travel app, and unfortunately, this app completely failed in that aspect. I would not recommend this app to others unless they significantly improve their customer support and refund process. Users deserve timely assistance and clear communication, especially when it comes to financial matters.

Clean buses, on time but as new in aggregator service, need lot of improvement on app, customer service, tracking, rescheduling, bus pass booking and in future they need to change fleet to Bhartat Benz or Electric for more comfort buses along with more frequency.

I booked a ticket today and the amount was debited from my account, but the seat was not booked. Because of this issue, I had to make the payment again to complete the booking.
