FWD Tapp

This has been a long running issue and the developers should make this as their priority. I have already raised this issue via their CS and obviously there are a lot of bad comments in here, so for sure they are already aware. But being fair, FWD Tapp is way better/informative/useful compared to other insurance company like Pru’s Pulse app which is very useless (for life insurance policy). So I hope the developers would be able to fix the login issue as this app could be great with all its features.

The application itself is useful, because we will be able to track the progress of our account. However, there was an issue on the app that needs attention. Whenever you will try to log in to check your account it keeps on loading and suddenly it crashed down and the only way to fix it is to uninstall and re install the app which is too much hassle. I was advised that my storage might not be enough but I still have enough storage in my phone. I already tried to delete cache and cookies whenever I tried to log in to my account. Unfortunately still the same thing happened. Hope that this will be taken cared of soon for the benefit of the users as well. 😊

One-Star rating. The first time I downloaded the app, it was great but little did I know there’ll be a catch. Upon exiting, I can no longer go back. It asked me to sign in which I did but the moment it loaded, it just kicked me out as if nothing happened—just brought me back to the main screen of my phone. Tried it several times and same thing. Couldn’t even take a screenshot nor record a video as it freezes when I started doing so. The solution? Delete and reinstall which worked ONLY for a short period of time. Same thing happened when I exited the app and could no longer go back. Your support team via email is asking me to do all the things I’ve already done and they’re not even reading the initial concern. I won’t delete and install it again just for the purpose of accessing it. PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE.
