Freecharge UPI & Bill Payments

Installing this app is my biggest mistake of all time. Guys if you don’t want to get duped with cash back offers and easy payment process then I would strictly recommend to stay away from Freecharge app. Because all that nonsense offers are completely FALSE which will never work. This is a pathetic app which will deduct your money fraudulently while your are making a recharge or a bill payment by making that transaction failed. After that when you contact them that transaction was failed they will claim that they didn’t received the money and will inform you to connect with bank. Even when you connect with your bank and track this. Bank would have credited the amount to them in their Axis bank account but they will simply deny it. You guys will be always responded with the scripted email and there will be no support at all. Freecharge has been taken over by axis bank which as you’d can research by yourself and figure out how they are making fool out of customers. Kindly check other reviews as well you will find almost similar reviews by unsatisfied customers who have been fallen victim to this. Anybody who wants to confirm and check can do trial after couple of successful transaction you will come to know when your money gets debuted by this fraud company. I am going to raise a police complaint against them and file a legal case.

Guys stay away from this fraud app and disgusting customer care services. I was trying to do recharge from 2 hrs and it was showing something went wrong, there was money in my wallet. Finally I was able to do transaction. but after deducting money My transaction was showing in process, there was no option to complain about it, whenever I was trying to complain via their app I was getting error. after 12 hrs when I tried to call at their customer care there Was only IVR running they dont have customer care executives to handle problems, then I emailed them maybe they have 2-3 people there. I got reply that in few time I will get my recharge done now its 2 days and And still this irresponsible people didn’t resolve my issue they replied me wait for 2 days. wow..such a lame customer care services. I never seen this type of disgusting services and app. I will never recommend this Freecharge to anyone, if you want peace of mind and dont want waste ur money then please stay away from this ridiculous app.

Don’t pay any payment by this app, coz payment transactions fail here and you need to wait for 7 days for your refund, I personally not recommend this app, i was pay payment for electricity bill, but payment fail, today is last date for bill pay, this is very bad, coz payment not available in wallet and it was reduce from bank,i was send mail to FreeCharge they said payment will credit in 7 days, that means FreeCharge use our money for 7 days,,,,,, So i try to customer care support at FreeCharge but there is no any person who can help you after payment we can only wait for our money,,,,,,i always use paytm coz it is best but first time use FreeCharge so the conclusion is i will Delete this app after I receive payment,,,,
