Great but few issues
I love the Framic app and many of the design options! Only problems are that I had 2 questions and I can’t reach support. When contacting them, the form on their website does not work. When I add in my photos, I notice that they don’t look as sharp anymore once downloaded. Do I lose image resolution? What is the best way to format my photos for best image quality? Is there a way to download high resolution layouts (300 dpi)? When I upload my layouts for use in a video reel, they don’t look sharp compared to when I upload my photos without adding your designs. Also a suggestion, if I select the layout option for multiple photos and I upload 3 photos, it would be great if it only showed layout options with 3 photos. Currently it also shows layouts with just one photo or 2. That defeats the purpose. If I upload 2 photos, I’d love to only see layouts for 2 photos, same for the single photo option. Thanks!
