I’ve been paying for this for almost a year and no updates to support iPhone to view in full screen once you turn your you loose part of the picture. But does work great on Apple TV please Fox fix for iPhone

Restart no longer works on any of my Apple products, iPhone, iPad, AppleTV. Contacted Support on the 29th April 2022, it is now 7th May 2022 and have not had the decency of a reply from them, only an auto response saying a case number had been created and they would be “reaching out” to me “shortly”. 8 days have gone by and nothing from them. Dreadful, non-existent Support. (Edit) I never did get a reply from Support. However the good news is that when I checked today Monday 13th June 2022 the programme re-start function is now working on all my Apple devices. At last!

...and after initially responding promptly the help desk have ignored 2 subsequent communications as they simply referred me to their FAQ which I had already done. Frustratingly I made a suggestion on how to solve my problem (cancelling my subscription taken out using the app store app and then reapplying through the Fire TV loaded app. I think that would solve it but no one bothered replying). It appears that there is a problem in casting this app in the UK which is sad as I will have to cancel my trial subscription at the end of the month. Whilst the app is great, if it won't cast it's no good to me. Shame, I love FNI.
