With the breaking news alert notifications, after clicking you are brought to an article and when hitting the back arrow, it takes you to a precious story. It continues to do this until you are finally back to the Home Screen. If the app had a quick access back to the Home Screen from a nested article then I would give 5 stars!

I haven’t had issues with crashing yet but other reviewers have said that there are not many news stories and they’re right. The old app had a lot of stories that you could scroll through but now you only get a few. There are some other stories but they are several months old like the story about ComicCon which was supposed to happen in March. This is not news, it’s olds. As of now, your app is worse than all the other news apps so I’ll be deleting this app. Developers you need to read the reviews and listen to what people have to say and fix this app.

I wish there was an overlap with the old app and the new app so there was time to work out the bugs. This new one crashes after about 15 seconds when you try to watch live. My iPad is an older device but still has the most current iOS. That said, I gave the app 2 stars because the app works fine on my iPhone 10 with the most current iOS. While I’m not a big fan of the new set-up, that probably more because I wasn’t ready for the change. It’s still clunky, even on the phone. I didn’t see anything on the App Store that said whether there was limitations on devices. It’s pretty disappointing. I’ll own that it’s probably time to get a new iPad but maybe either update the App Store to let people know what devices the app works best on or fix the app to work on iPads better.
