This is by far my favorite app for analyzing my training. Excellent feedback on intervals and how to improve on efficiency while riding the bike. Also provides possible improvements on workouts and suggests workouts for improving in all different aspects VO2, LTH, zone 2 etc.
Great app no doubt but there is no information on the cost before downloading! Then you get an email about the free trial expiring! Would have preferred transparency but since there was none.. and noticed it’s only one review thats 5 stars and mine doesn’t show so I will screenshot and post to my socials!! DELETE
