I loved forgotten hill dissolution, first steps and mementos. I was excited when I saw that wardrobe was out. But this game is honestly boring. There is very little horror, the stories are not engaging, and most infuriating, the puzzles make no sense without looking at a hint which you have to watch an add for. And then the first hint is so obvious that you have to watch another at to get an explanation of how to do the puzzle. It’s almost as if they are purposefully making the puzzles vague so that you pay to unlock hints. Honestly, I would not buy this again. I didn’t even care to finish it because it was so boring.
Amazing and cool game, but my only problem is I couldn't finish because it wasn't registering my symbols on the chalkboard. I even looked up the walkthrough to see if I was drawing the right symbol ,I was, and it still didn't work.
These guys can do no wrong when it comes to story telling. Super creepy stuff in these games. Would love to see it expanded to other mediums. On top of the great stories, the puzzles are challenging and unique. Escape & point/click games always seem to use the same recycled puzzles. I feel like I’ve seen it all. Then I play Forgotten Hill and it has all these new creative puzzle concepts. Hope to see more soon!
