I’ve told almost all of my friends about this app. My favorite feature: if you tap the three dots (…) on the bottom right, there’s the handy option “Export To PDF”. I have used this feature more times than I can remember. Sorted categories with each task, a checkbox, and the notes you added in the “details” or “description” (can’t remember which one 😹) makes this a very handy tool! If this doesn’t convince you, you can set notification reminders and specific due dates/times with a date to auto-bump the task to Urgent & Important. If it’s repeated activity, no problem! It’s got that too! Only noticed a few minor bugs, that I later tested after I downloaded update, and found they were fixed! 5/5. If you’re distracted and wanna turn your calendar and reminders into a single, efficient, fancy shmanchy app? This is the one. 🙏
I can’t believe an app like this was free to download and use. It has been a game changer in terms of belong me sort out my schedule. I used to see a long list of tasks and shut down, but this app helps me sort out the things that matter most. Now, I can see how important tasks are, and I can add tags to filter them out, depending on what I want to focus on. I just discovered that you can also add a due date to tasks, and have them automatically move over to the important and urgent” section of the chart. I also really appreciate that the ad free version (with syncing) is available as a one time purchase. I can support the developers, while also not having a charge every month. $15 for an app like this may sound like a lot, but that’s like paying $3 a month for 5 months, except you get to use it forever. The integration with “Be Focused” is also great. Overall, I’m glad I discovered a simple, yet powerful tool to aid my productivity.
This app takes my insanely long to do list from overwhelming to organized and my overwhelmed exhausted heart couldn’t be more grateful 😆. It literally helps me relax knowing my top priority to dos are so easy to see amid the million other things . I can focus on those first yet still see all the others if I have extra time . I love the Eisenhower method and I love this app . I’ve tried two others and this one is the best for me. I did have to add a little extra step to my weekly routine though … to purposely do one or more of the important but not urgent things on the list even if I had to stay up a bit later at night because my important and urgent priorities take up most of my time and then things like schedule a mammogram ( important but not urgent due to no preset deadline) keep getting pushed aside . That’s not the apps fault of course . If anything the app helped me see how to squeeze in self care and why that kept getting pushed aside . 5 stars for helping a mom schedule the all important mammogram 😆
