FLYER Eats - Food Delivery

my experience has been quite disappointing. Here are the main issues I faced: Too Expensive: The prices on this app are significantly higher compared to other food delivery services. Every order feels like a rip-off. High Taxes: A substantial amount of money is deducted as tax, making the total cost of the order skyrocket. It's frustrating to see the final bill so inflated. Unethical Practices: They offer a pickup and drop option, but it seems they deliberately reject this option and instead deliver the food so they can charge additional tax. This is a blatant way to squeeze more money from users. Lack of Good Offers: Unlike Swiggy or Zomato, Flyer Eats does not provide any appealing offers or discounts. This makes the service even less attractive. Service Charges: They loot users in the name of service charges. It's unjustifiable and adds an unnecessary burden to the cost. Hidden Extra Charges: In most cases, I end up paying an extra 100 INR for no apparent reason. It's just not worth it. Overall, Flyer Eats has been a huge letdown. I won't be using this service again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for a reasonable and fair food delivery option. Save your money and go with other better alternatives.

No option to search menu , only option to search restaurant

Best food delivery app in Karur I have been using Flyereats for quite a long time. The services provided by you people is undoubtedly quite satisfactory and I don’t have any complaints regarding your job irrespective of the food quality and taste which doesn’t fall in your responsibility and I am totally ok with it. But I would like to suggest some more advancements which could be helpful for the customers. Like sometimes in case of COD, we don’t have the change to give it to your delivery executive. It becomes troublesome for the customer and your delivery executive as well. In such cases I think that you can just keep the excess amount in your wallet and that amount can be retrieved or deducted in my next order. Thanks
