Fluently - AI English Tutor

I purchased this app through an ad on Instagram, and I had a terrible experience with the company’s support team. The app started charging me weekly, and when I tried to contact support, they told me to reach out to IOS app. However, since I had already canceled the subscription, it no longer appeared for me in Apple’s system. When I finally managed to speak with someone, they were very rude, insisted that I send screenshots of my previous attempts to prove my last contacts and cancelation. In the end, I was able to cancel the subscription, but I ended up with a debt and had a very frustrating support experience. It was the worst customer service experience I’ve had in the United States. I do not recommend this company.
