Flowdreaming for Meditation

I’ve had the Flowdreaming app for about 4 or 5 years & I love it. I can’t say enough nice things. I use the Flowdreaming app every day- twice a day. It really helps elevate my mood, settle anxiety, ease depression symptoms, and more. Flowdreaming also helps me to focus my creative/creation energy on whatever it is I might be trying to manifest in my life at the time. It’s also amazing when it comes to boosting feelings of wellbeing & self-love. There are flowdreams for wealth, health & relationships… For forgiving the past & designing your future… for setting strong boundaries and serious confidence. Not to mention the flowdreams for kids. All that while enjoying fun & relaxing daydreams😁 Its a beautiful, positive & productive app. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to add a little positivity into their daily routine 😁

I used to be depressed, angry, and felt helpless. I didn’t believe I could change anything about my life. I’m now calm (usually 😏) and positive. I’m in control of my life, and I recently received compliments about how well I handled a situation. The difference is Flowdreaming. You have to listen to what Summer says and practice daily. But yes, you can change your life!

I love this app. I used to pay $10 a month just so I could listen to flowdreams and not get interrupted all the time. The old app didn’t work that great for me but this new version works great. I love ALL Summers flowdreams. Sometimes I’ll listen to one and I won’t like it as much at first but then I’ll come back later and say. Wow! I can really see how I wasn’t ready to accept something in myself before but now I am. I listen to them all the time and now like them more than my favorite songs! Have to say Super Juicy Gratitude still my all time favorite. Yay for Summer:)
