This is an absolute failure. It absolutely creates a liability on my professionalism when I’m working with a client and I go to pool data report or information or even just setting a showing appointment and you can’t because none of the links work everything is broken you contact customer service and now you’re getting a dance between flex MLS and then your Realtors Association Of The Palm Beaches absolutely and I’m about to cancel my membership with the board. Terrible, simply terrible. And this isn’t just one incident incident. This has been going on for years of decline in the product use the tax link and it doesn’t even show you a fraction of the information that it used to try to use any of the other length most of them don’t work whether it’s RPR Showtime rate plug. What do you have all these on there if they don’t work but the best part is the constant issues of trying to login. Since the recent update, it’s gotten worse over the past few years.

Edit: it has been years and the issue is not resolved. Please resolve the issue where every time you open the app, you are redirected to web browser to log back in. Why does it log me out every time? The login feature needs to be built into the app natively. There is a login issue that arises after not using the app for a period of time. It takes you to the mobile browser to login instead of doing it within the app. It’s infuriating. I know it sounds petty, but there are so many times that you need to access info quickly, only to be told your session has timed out and you have to sign back in through the web browser. There must be a solution for this. Please resolve.

I just wrote a lengthy review that somehow got erased! It was not favorable. When I went to copy and paste it for future use, the review program would let me do itI I was complaining that I couldn’t get into the mobile MLS Flex agent program with the same password I use for my desktop. Instead it sent me to a different mobile app for agents only. I also stated I concerned about this program capturing clients information ...email, telephone number (CRM part of program) etc. for future use. When you ccc yourself The program does not allow you to open up what you sent to your buyers an it won’t allow you to simply email to them either. It seems once the program recognizes that you were an agent, it doesn’t let you do that anymore. We were able to do that through Rappotini but not through Flex... Not without inputting them as a contact with their email. This makes me wonder if the owners of the program are purposely capturing our clients information in order to sell to vendors such as furniture companies, insurance companies etc.? I have not yet met an agent say they like this program as it’s difficult to use, and the reviews on this program were terrible to begin with. I have to ask why did we sign up for it? Sometimes less is more... keep it simple, easy to use and get the job done! I scratch my head and wonder about the reason our MLS signed up for it? Certainly not because of rave review... quite the contrary! It begs the question ....was there financial gain to be had by people we Intrust to make good decisions on behalf? Is there a Wizard somewhere behind the magic curtain? I think big Brother is watching… Since my previous deleted review which was only about 30 minutes ago, I am now magically able to get into the MLS agent flex program after trying for months ....with my desktop password. How is that possible? Someone’s watching.
